Client A Case Study
This client was receiving services at one of the biggest SEO agencies in the US, and they were frustrated with the lack of communication, understanding how their account is performing, and overall performance. Since they’re in a highly competitive market, connecting with an experienced SEO agency was crucial for their success. And after joining forces with us? They’re reporting a very long wait-list for their services.
Avid created a new website, SEO program, content program, and a paid advertising program for Google search ads, Google Display Facebook ads, and Instagram ads. We adore this client, who has an excellent marketing-minded staff and is always up for trying something new.
Client A Primary Success Metrics
There are now 1010 new items indexed by Google since 2015 further reinforcing authority and expertise and earning organic rankings. This client prioritized Google organic growth and is now spending 1/3 of the total budget on organic programs, but generates 60% of the total leads for the company by year 6 of our partnership. Aside from Google organic improvement, one of the most significant unknowns was the power of Google Ads. This client had a “free account” with their former agency that wasn’t performing. Avid is a Google Ads Agency Partner and the client is currently earning nearly 100,351 impressions and 3,000 clicks on Google search ads per month while converting approximately 10% as contact form fills and phone calls.

Case Study B is from a client who is in a less competitive part of the country, but they had just started a new business after leaving a previous business. There’s nothing like starting all over again! They had minimal experience with agencies, but were well-funded and up for trying a variety of programs to create brand awareness and buzz. Located a short drive from a major city, the big challenge was focusing organic efforts locally while still catching the eyes of people living in the metro areas nearby.
Our primary focus was on making Google understand the client’s products and services while establishing the business as an authority. First page rankings, here we come! We built a new website and incorporated similar programs as with client A (but all customized just for this client, of course).

This client had a well-established “old” website and physically located in a highly competitive region. With four major conglomerate companies in their market (and neighborhood), our digital marketing strategy needed some serious wizardry. This client had no agency experience, but a strong organic presence despite a non-responsive website before our project began.

Our primary goals were to enhance their brand, improve organic rankings, and help prospective customers discover them. With a comprehensive SEO and Content Program in place, we began a brand awareness campaign on Facebook kicked off our strategies for three select regional locations. These activities educated audiences with single ads, carousel ads, and video ads.

When you’re located in one of the top 10 most competitive regions in the US, like this client, you have to dominate the competition. They had a current website, so we worked closely to consolidate pages as we redesigned the site, and simplify the navigation to provide a better experience for users. It shaped the business into a new and consistent branded look.
And while it’s only been 2.5 years since launch, they already can’t believe the increase in their business since we started working together. It’s been fantastic to witness how investing in marketing has created astonishing results. Their biggest challenge was shifting their organic presence from one topic to another, which is akin to starting from scratch. Our strategy revolved around creating a gorgeous website paired with an SEO program, content program, and Google search ads.
